Generally, the valuer’s fee for valuation of machines and equipment depends on the category of the subject property and the number of the would-be valued subject properties. Our approximate pricelist is as below.

2. What documents you should submit?
Where machines and equipment are valued, information may be collected in several stages:
1st stage – preliminary.
First, you should deliver to us the list of the subject properties with indication of the country of the manufacturer, mark, model, major technical parameters.
This information will allow us to:
- To what type of assets the subject property refers to;
- Become familiar with the key technical parameters;
- Understand the expected labor inputs associated with the engagement;
- Inform you about our valuation services fee and the project terms.
2nd stage - working.
After we obtain the incoming data we will develop the list of the requested documents tailored to suit your subject property/list of subject properties.
3. What is a rough estimate of your subject property?
We work for fee and the result of our efforts is the professional valuation report, i.e., a public enforceable instrument which serves as the basis for all types of transactions with the valued subject property.
4. How much time is required to value business?
Generally, it will take from 3 business days (where one item of the construction and road equipment is valued) to 2 or three business works (where a big technical complex is valued) to perform valuation of machines and equipment.
It is a noteworthy fact that if you are pressed in time and it is necessary to obtain a valuation report in 2 or three days then it will be possible provided that:
- You deliver information to us within the shortest possible time. Often a failure to do this has an adverse effect on the valuation term. The client urgently needs the report but the client’s accounting office collects the package of the documents during several days or even a week.
- Several experts will be engaged to perform the project (one expert will acquire and process information, the second one will analyze the market data, the third one will perform the required calculations, the fourth one will proceed with the execution of the report articles, and the fifth one will control the following process). It is possible to complete the project by a 3 to 5 man strength team within shortest time but its work will increase the fee amount due 1.5- or 2-fold.

Cостоялось Годовое Общее собрание членов Ассоциации «Саморегулируемая организация оценщиков «Экспертный совет», на котором Наталья Киршина (директор по развитию ПГО, методолог) была отмечена благодарственным письмом за плодотворную работу по экспертизе отчетов по оценке и методическому обеспечению оценочной деятельности.
Также Наталья в третий раз была избрана в состав Экспертный совет СРОО "ЭС".

В Российской газете вышел специальный выпуск с рэнкингом делового потенциала оценочных компаний.
В отличие от рейтинга наиболее крупных компаний (ранжирование по выручке), тут учитывается целый ряд показателей работы компаний: масштаб, опыт, репутация. Компании присваивается балл, исходя из того, какая у нее выручка, сколько штатных оценщиков, какой у них опыт, какая у них квалификация, какой размер страхового покрытия ответственности, учитываются награды, победы в конкурсах и отборах.
Компания ООО "Профессиональная Группа Оценки" вот уже 7 лет уверенно входит в топ-20!
По итогам 2022 года мы заняли 16 место.
